Barnstable Police Chief Paul MacDonald recently presented Town Council with a comprehensive workshop on the Town's emergency plan. Barnstable's plan was put to the test during high winds, storm surge, and power outages during Hurricane Sandy. We'd like to know how you fared during the hurricane.
