With the current contract with Covanta/SEMASS set to expire at the end of 2014, solid waste disposal costs for the Town of Barnstable will rise. Currently, Barnstable is exploring ways in which to reduce trash and increase recycling. To help the Town gather input and gauge public sentiment regarding these issues, the Renewable Energy Commission is looking for your answers to these survey questions.
